• Contact details: Your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe).
• Usage data: Basic analytics about site use (non-identifying).

• To generate and deliver your evaluation report.
• To communicate with you about your order.
• To maintain and improve our service.

3. How Your Content is Processed

Your submission is processed through secure servers and, in part, through AI models provided by third-party vendors (e.g., OpenAI). Your work is not stored for training purposes by these vendors.

4. Storage & Retention

We store your submission and report for 90 days after delivery in case you need a copy. After that period, we delete both from our active systems.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or your content. We share data only as needed to operate our service (e.g., with payment processors and hosting providers).

6. Security

We use encryption and secure hosting (Vercel, Stripe, and other industry-standard providers) to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your submission and personal information at any time by emailing hello@requestthefull.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
