  • Contact details: Your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe).
  • Usage data: Basic, non-identifying analytics about site use, collected through our hosting platform's built-in analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver your evaluation report.
  • To communicate with you about your order.
  • To maintain and improve our service.

3. How Your Content is Processed

Your submission is processed through secure servers and through AI models provided by third-party vendors, including OpenAI's commercial API. OpenAI's commercial API does not use submitted content to train its models.

4. Storage and Retention

Your submission is not stored on our servers after your report is generated and delivered. Your report is delivered to you at the time of purchase and is not retained on our systems afterward. We retain transactional records (such as payment confirmation and email address) as required to operate the service and meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or your content. We share data only as needed to operate our service, such as with our payment processor, hosting provider, and email service provider.

6. Security

We use encryption and industry-standard hosting and infrastructure providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the service.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 8. Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for users under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

If you are accessing the service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information is processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
